Ron Ben-Joseph is the co-founder and digital content producer for Kerramel Media. He has a vast history of theatre directing, acting, Emcee-ing, producing, singing and performing stand-up comedy. Ron has taught and/or presented communication based courses for various organizations ranging from 1871 Chicago to Chambers of Commerce throughout the Chicagoland area. He has also lectured at Northwestern University, Depaul University, College of Dupage, Devry, Chicago City Colleges, St. Xavier, and Benedictine University.
He was also the man behind Authentic Road Productions, a coaching and speaking organization that helped college students discover what they want in life and how to go about getting it.
For over a decade, Ron Ben-Joseph has used the principles of effective communication to successfully engage, educate, and inspire clients to discover and articulate their true greatness. As a presentation skills coach since 2000, he has worked with actors, musicians, teachers, doctors, sales people, and professionals in many fields to present themselves honestly and confidently (both live and on-camera).
In 2008, Ron decided to take his love of helping people communicate to the next level by producing online promotional videos. He started 3-A Video Production and he has had the pleasure of producing, directing, and editing videos for numerous clients including The MBA Exchange, Oasis Women’s Fitness & Spa, The Mt. Prospect Chamber of Commerce, The Oil Lamp Theater, The Music Theater, and the Spinal Cord Injury Association of Illinois.
Ron has an amazing talent of coaching performers, actors, and business people to “act” naturally on-camera. With his coaching, our clients can expect to have an honest, sincere, relaxed on-camera presence that will help them appear more polished and professional. He utilizes his knowledge in video production and video editing to help tell the unique story of our clients through editing, coaching, and video producing.
Ron has a B.A. in Theatre and Psychology from National Louis University, and an M.A. in Communication, Media, and Theatre from Northeastern Il University.
When Ron is not busy with Kerramel Media, coaching performers, directing theatre, singing at open mic nights, or speaking in front of large audiences, you may find him watching movies with his wife (The Best Woman Ever–see above), marveling at his cutie-pututie daughter, listening to and impersonating Neil Diamond (non-ironically) or playing Xbox.
